1. Returns

• Products are eligible for return only if damaged or defective on delivery.

• Notification must be made within 48 hours of receipt, with photo evidence of the issue.

• Custom or handcrafted items (stone, MDF, glass, or barash products) are non-returnable unless received damaged.

2. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Partial refunds may apply if the item is used or altered.

3. Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us at our email or phone number.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
